Hi there, just to let you know I reverted your "cut and paste move" at Mainspring Energy. A very important aspect of how Wikipedia's Creative Commons licensing works is having an attribution history... so moving pages by just copying and pasting them means we lose the history of who contributed what. If you would like to move a page, and the software prevents you from doing so, you can request it at Requested Moves.

Additionally, the broken reference tag was not the only issue with the article as it stands now. It will need further editing for spelling, grammar, tone, and organization before it's ready for Article space. Having your work moved to a draft is absolutely not a punishment or a deletion. It's about giving you more time to develop it and get others' feedback. I'd recommend continuing to work on the article for a bit and, once you think it's ready, go through the Articles for Creation process. It's better for an article to stay a draft for a bit longer instead of putting it into Article space and getting deleted. If you need some help or input, please feel free to reach out to the volunteers at the Wikipedia Teahouse for further guidance. Happy editing! I'm wondering if you could be a bit more specific about the "further editing for spelling, grammar, tone, and organization" It is deliberately rather short, as it is a smaller company, not with a lot of history. However, they make an excellent product. It employs several hundred people, with expansion next year to close to 1,000 based on my literature reading. There were no other contributors to the article when I did the "cut and paste", which was of the article with the corrected </ref> for the references, which took care of the problem I presumed you had with it. Please let me know what other problems there are. I did notice one spelling error (incorrect past tense) which I will correct. Shemsea (talk) 02:32, 11 December 2024 (UTC)Shemsea.[reply]

Declaring no COI

Thanks for the Suggestion. I have no COI. I have no financial ties to the company. I learned of its existence about 3 weeks ago due to their contracting with a government agency, with which I am also not employed, but occasionally attend their public meetings.
