Nomination of Stephen Curry's Unanimous MVP Season for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Stephen Curry's Unanimous MVP Season is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

@Shaunthomas03 Apart from the fact that it's a fork from Steph Curry's bio, the tone of your article doesn't match the neutral, encyclopaedic tone that's required for a Wikipedia article. For example, your opening sentence

On May 10, 2016, Stephen Curry etched his name into history.

A Wikipedia article should start with a statement along the lines of Article title is.... A reader should know what the article is about from the first sentence, enough that if they don't read any further, they get a sense of the article. The remainder of the lead should summarize all the major points of the article.
No literal etching happened on May 10, 2016, and "history" isn't a physical object that you can etch.
In addition, you never explain what you mean by "unanimously". You don't specify what sport you're talking about. You use terms like 286 made 3s that aren't meaningful to someone who isn't familiar with the sport or its jargon. At minimum, you should refer to things like this by their proper name, and add a link to the three-point field goal article so people can understand what this is.
