[edit]Hello, I'm Armegon. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Godzilla vs. Kong have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Please do not add unsourced content or manipulate sourced content. It is disruptive, please see W:DE. Armegon (talk) 20:25, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Shyamal. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Please note that we welcome contributions to Wikipedia that are made with integrity. It is clear that the vast majority of images that you uploaded to Wikimedia Commons were downloaded from the internet and claimed as taken by you in Mudumalai. This is gross violation of all forms of ethics and conduct. Any repeat violation will lead to permanent banning. Shyamal (talk) 08:55, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
Well hello, you are undoing edits from this article and please refrain from doing so. Before you say no, copyright information check all the other national park articles. I am just adding them. And it seems you are discarding any edit from me, even if its true. Im trying to improve articles of all national parks in the Western ghats. Shaan Vinoth (talk) 12:53, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Shyamal. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Mudumalai National Park, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Shyamal (talk) 12:47, 19 September 2021 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for September 19
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Mudumalai National Park, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Gudalur. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:01, 19 September 2021 (UTC)

Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Shaan Vinoth, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Godzilla vs. Kong does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! [edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 14:26, 4 October 2021 (UTC)
- Re attribution, I concur with @Diannaa: but think it redundant to copy-paste content from the page on Nilgiri Mountains to the other pages on protected areas within this mountain range. Copying UNsourced text does NOT improve these pages at all. – BhagyaMani (talk) 13:06, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
Please use edit summary
[edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Rasnaboy (talk) 13:10, 13 October 2021 (UTC)
Ok, thank you. I will add summaries from now onwards Shaan Vinoth (talk) 13:11, 13 October 2021 (UTC)
Already several times, I provided links to WP:BAREURLS and WP:CITEHOW in my edit summaries, but you keep on ignoring the guidelines provided under these links. If you do not understand them, then please get them translated to your native language. – BhagyaMani (talk) 17:50, 13 October 2021 (UTC)
Info on ecoregions, biomes and habitat types is indeed usually placed in the section Geography, whereas info on plant species is placed in the section on flora. – BhagyaMani (talk) 17:52, 13 October 2021 (UTC)
Images
[edit]Why do you insist on displaying low quality images in the Mudumalai NP page?? The day-time image of sloth bear and the night-time one of 2 gaurs are both BLURRED, so that animals are hardly recognisable. I noticed several images of gaur in the resp. Commons pages, which have a much better quality, i.e. are sharp and taken by day-time. – BhagyaMani (talk) 08:43, 19 October 2021 (UTC)
You cheated so often by violating copyright of images – 30+ as of now, that I do not trust that you really took any of the others on site, but just clicked them from your screen. Therefore, I suggest you refrain from adding these to pages, the more so as most are low quality anyway. Of course, we can discuss images also on the talk pages of resp. pages, whatever you prefer. – BhagyaMani (talk) 17:18, 24 October 2021 (UTC)
Try finding that pic on any site, you simply can't Shaan Vinoth (talk) 17:29, 24 October 2021 (UTC)
Apparently you never bothered to read some of the basic guidelines, or you disrespect them? One of the main purposes of wiki pages is to provide written reliable content. But your continuous adding, removing, replacing of images is not at all constructive. Use your sandbox for such experiments!! Test image layouts there with different resolutions and sizes of screens to learn that 3+ images in one row is unsuitable for small screens. And then DISCUSS your changes on talk page!! -- BhagyaMani (talk) 06:29, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
Well fine then. Id remove all excessive images Shaan Vinoth (talk) 12:10, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
The term 'wet deciduous' for a forest type does NOT exist : it's either 'moist deciduous' or 'wet hill forest', latter a forest type in NE India acc. to classification by Champion & Seth. So please don't mix up terms. – BhagyaMani (talk) 12:39, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
Shall I name it moist broadleaved forest then Shaan Vinoth (talk) 13:10, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
- You can, but it is not really necessary because 1) the relevant page is already linked, and 2) 'deciduous' makes clear that all the trees in this forest loose their leaves in the cold season, +3) this caption is a 1-liner, whereas adding 'moist' might become a 2-liner. Test it by previewing the layout.– BhagyaMani (talk) 14:00, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
Since I have removed two images from the Fauna section, Avifauna subsection so it doesn't seem conjusted, can I add another one or two images in other sections Shaan Vinoth (talk) 16:21, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
I meanwhile consider your repeated adding of spelling + punctuation mistakes disruptive and strongly recommend you to get familiar with basic spelling + grammar rules. All you did is playing around with images, which is NOT at all constructive. – BhagyaMani (talk) 09:29, 12 November 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Please stop making non-constructive edits like you recently did with the page Ooty. Please go through WP:NOTGALLERY, understand that Wikipedia is not a photo album and do not add unnecessary images and add clutter to the page. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing.
- You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. Hi, I have already warned you multiple times against disruptive editing of to the page Ooty. Again clearly specifying the problems with your edits:
- Removing/blanking content from the lead without due reason WP:VANDAL
- Selectively removing certain castes from the history section WP:CASTE
- Do not add unwanted images that add clutter to the page WP:NOTGALLERY
- Any changes to existing images without justification WP:BRD
You have already made more than three reverts to the page on the same content and doing it over time, evading the WP:3RR. You seem to be not inclined to provide valid references, justification or due cause and engage in a discussion as well. If you continue to engage in doing the same edits, without any discussion or consensus, you will have to be reported for the same. Magentic Manifestations (talk) 03:01, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
