British Columbia Highway Shields

Sorry, I had observed a few other "list of" type articles that had those particular shields in their articles, and simply thought I should add them to the highway articles. I will remove them asap. There are still quite a few Manitoba shields that I did not add to these articles, I will check copyright status and remove if necessary. But first, let us introduce ourselves; we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to Ohio and we're sure there's somewhere you'll fit in just fine.
