Speedy deletion nomination of Tanaka Shachō
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Tanaka Shachō requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it appears to be a redirect for a person/character that isn't notable. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ~ Chip🐺 12:15, 5 December 2022 (UTC)
Redirect pages to Persona 3?
[edit]@Sedgethgdt: I'll refrain from adding CSD tags to your new redirect pages for now, but could you help me understand why you believe these pages are necessary? Thanks ~ Chip🐺 12:22, 5 December 2022 (UTC)
- Because a majority of the characters of Persona 3 are notable enough for articles on the characters to be created, with many of the others sharing names with deities and real-life Japanese public figures, and so can be linked to on disambiguation pages / at the tope of pages with "not to be confused with / other uses". - Appreciated, I'll redact my prior concern! Self-trout ~ Chip🐺 12:32, 5 December 2022 (UTC)
