Dissapointing

Proposed deletion of Jalinus
[edit]The article Jalinus has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- May not be notable
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Airplaneman talk 14:57, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
References
[edit]I don't think I've seen you reference one article properly. You need the full name of the publication, and unless it is a journal article, the page number of your citation. Please read WP:MOS and WP:Cite. And concentrate on doing a few good articles instead of many bad ones please. Dougweller (talk) 20:32, 8 August 2009 (UTC )

Erm, apology accepted, I guess. Look, we don't have a relationship to "start over", and I am not someone who is in charge of the place here. As I said before, if you want to contribute, that's fine, but please please read and understand Wikipedia's guidelines. That means a) be civil b) use proper sources c) try to maintain a NPOV and d) understand that neither you nor anyone own the articles. And another thing, stop editing (and especially reverting other user's edits) both as a logged-in user and an IP. That is sockpuppetry, and you'll get banned for that. UUser:Secthayrabe:Sandbox 12
[edit]Because of the additional "U" in the title of the page, UUser:Secthayrabe:Sandbox 12 was accidneitally created in the article mainspace. I have moved it to User:Secthayrabe/Sandbox 12 and tagged the original page for deletion. Hope that helps. Singularity42 (talk) 19:38, 30 October 2009 (UTC)

The article Invasio Barbarorvm has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non-notable game per WP:GNG: absolutely no reliable sources to establish notability. Sample search.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

AfD nomination of Invasio Barbarorvm
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Invasio Barbarorvm. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Invasio Barbarorvm. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:11, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

Hello
[edit]Hello, Secthayrabe. You left a message for me on my talk page last month: "Just to tell you I will bury you ask on my talk page why". Is there something you want to talk about? Kind regards, --Malcolmxl5 (talk) 19:32, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
Sassanid Empire on Hyperpower page
[edit]Huh?
I've only ever edited the Hyperpower page twice, both on the 22nd. One was to remove the USA twice and the other was to fix a redirect. I didn't touch Sassanid Empire (I was not even aware of its existence), if you checked, Sassanid Empire was removed before I made my edit by MrGRA, twice. Alexsau1991 (talk) 16:20, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
- Hey there, thanks for your message. I removed it because no source was presented, present a reliable source and it'll be included. That's how it works here, sorry for the confusion.G.R. Allison (talk) 19:38, 19 August 2010 (UTC)

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 02:32, 21 October 2016 (UTC)
