GB Rail Map

[edit]

There used to exist on the web a page showing the national rail network of England, Wales and Scotland, but last I heard it was taken down (this was a few years ago). I seem to remember the page was called gbrailmap.com (or .co.uk). I've not since found it on Google or anything I've searched on, and I suspect it has been permanently taken down. However, I know for a fact that it has existed in the past (it was working in Summer 2003), so the chances are that Network Rail will have a copy somewhere. Whether they'd allow it to be used here is a completely different matter, and I'd guess they'd say no.

Just thought this would be a useful comment.

Europe

[edit]

Why no mention of Europe?

There is an excellent set of maps covering track gauge and other comptability issues here: http://bueker.net/trainspotting/voltage_map_europe.php TiffaF 06:41, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
