License tagging for File:Ams logo.gif.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Ams logo.gif.gif. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 16:05, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Ams_logo_gif.gif
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:Ams_logo_gif.gif. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Kelly hi! 23:16, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Tangier Anglo-Moroccan School (logo).jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Tangier Anglo-Moroccan School (logo).jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:10, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Problems with upload of File:KGS School Logo.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:KGS School Logo.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit]Hello Scylaxus. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 10:18, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Khalil Gibran School Rabat, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 08:45, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Khalil Gibran School Rabat, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing Wikipedia. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:30, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
Hi James I apologise. I thought that I had resolved one of the issues that you raised that is why I left the other maintainance tag. I also left a message on your talk page to ask whether this had been satisfied. I did not receive a reply but maybe that is due to some procedural fault of my own. I also added tags to the edits that I made so was little surprise by you harsh response. I am trying to work within the guidlines but obvioulsy am not doing so. Please advise as to what I should do. Many thanks scylaxus
- First of all, sorry for not responding to your message on my talk page. I'm not sure what happened there, but I think most likely I didn't have time to deal with it when I saw it, left it to deal with later, and then it got buried by other talk page messages, so that I forgot it. My recent message to you concerned the conflict of interest tag. I have looked back at the article, and, although I still suspect you may have a conflict of interest, I think there is no longer any problem with the article not being written neutrally, so I have removed the tag. On reflection I agree that my response was unduly harsh, and I apologise for that. You mention copyright tagging of File:KGS School Logo.png in your message on my talk page, but I had nothing to do with that, and I have no objection to what you have done there. You also mentioned the issue of sources. Ideally every article should have references to independent third party sources. Lack of such sources can lead to deletion of an article, but in the case of an article about a school which covers the high school or secondary school age range, this is extremely unlikely to happen. Independent sources would still be helpful, but are not absolutely necessary in this case.. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:24, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
Dear James, many thanks for your prompt reply and I appreciate your helpful comments. scylaxus
