Notability of Charlie Figueroa

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Charlie Figueroa, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 20:47, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Charlie Figueroa, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Wildthing61476 20:31, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from articles you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you.

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Silent Night (2007 film), by Gilesbennett (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Silent Night (2007 film) provides no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Silent Night (2007 film), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Silent Night (2007 film) itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 20:44, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to ignore our policies by introducing inappropriate pages, such as Charlie Figueroa, to Wikipedia, you will be blocked. Wildthing61476 17:17, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Michelle Trachtenberg, you will be blocked from editing. Tabercil 03:27, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sigh

[edit]

Okay, look.

Read our policies on notability. You are a 15-year-old boy with big dreams. I'm sure that you'll actually Make It Big, and when you do, then there will be an article about you. But not until then.

It's the difference between starting your own fan club, and having someone else - someone who doesn't know you personally - starting a fan club about you.

Do you understand? DS 12:59, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
