[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Wikipedia talk:No legal threats, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --Bongwarrior (talk) 06:09, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not recreate this article. It is original research and is not verified by sources. You may be blocked from editing if you continue to add such content. Harro5 06:26, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- Please read Wikipedia:Starting an article and look at other articles on Wikipedia that meet our inclusion standards. Harro5 06:33, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- Certainly any article that meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion is acceptable. See how to write your first article, and read the help for editors. I'm not going to say if the article you want to write is acceptable before I see it. Also, please try to remain civil when communicating with other editors on our talk pages. Thanks. Re:Message on my talk page
[edit]I'd be happy to help if I can- what's the problem? J Milburn (talk) 21:46, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- If you like, you can create it in your userspace (perhaps here) and then I can take a look at it before you move it into the main space? The most likely reasons it will be deleted are that the subject is not notable (which shouldn't be a problem, as long as you cite decent sources) that it is a copyvio (which shouldn't be a problem if you're writing it in your own words) or that it is a mostly negative article about a living person. If you don't want to write it in your userspace first, you could tell me what it's about and show me the sources and I could take a look for you. J Milburn (talk) 09:40, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
- I'm not going to pretend to be an expert, but I know a little about black metal and I've never heard of that- it sounds like a neologism. Perhaps it would be worth asking the opinions of/for the help of other editors who edit black metal articles over at WikiProject Black Metal. Don't forget to mention the sources you have, as it will be them which determine whether a subject is worthy of encyclopedic coverage. J Milburn (talk) 21:35, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Hi there, and welcome to Wikipedia! If you have a problem with anything I've edited, please bring it up on my talk page. Vandalism of userpages will get you blocked ;-). Blackmetalbaz (talk) 10:02, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 02:41, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
Fuck Yeah!!
[edit]I just got Live in Leipzig a couple days ago. I gave it a listen, it's fucking great. BTW, your taste in music is almost exactly the same as mine. Have you ever heard of Into Eternity? Check it out, there are three videos as of now- Spiraling Into Depression, Severe Emotional Distress, and Timeless Winter. Their current singer is on the last two. A discussion regarding you has arisen at the administrators' noticeboard. You can find the discussion here. You are welcome to contribute to the discussion as long as you do so civilly.

- Hi. Please remember to remain civil when making edits to Wikipedia, including in edit summaries and on article and user talk pages. Edit summaries like "What the bloody fuck is..." are not civil, and neither is typing in all caps. Also, by convention most editors do not edit other editors' user pages. If you'd like to give someone a barnstar, you can place it on their talk page. Please also remember to sign your posts on talk pages by typing four tildes, like this: ~~~~. Thanks, Exploding Boy (talk) 00:37, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
- One more thing: would you please remove incitements to vandalize Wikipedia from your user page? We take vandalism seriously here, and certainly don't want to encourage it. Thanks, Exploding Boy (talk) 00:39, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Notability of Dark Forest (band)
[edit]A tag has been placed on Dark Forest (band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Guest9999 (talk) 05:23, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

Articles for deletion nomination of Grievantee Productions
[edit]I have nominated Grievantee Productions, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Grievantee Productions. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. SchuminWeb (Talk) 19:53, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
The article Black Funeral has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:NBAND
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. KH-1 (talk) 03:59, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
