Thank you for uploading Image:Witmer Stone.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation.

I translated info you had provided in an edit summary into something more digestible by casual viewers and bots, but more information on the copyright status is needed. I'm no expert, though, so I suggest you consult the links in the templated message above. Regards --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 01:23, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

On game wardens and nature fakers

[edit]

Scott, thank you for your kind comments on my talk page! I'm thrilled that you enjoyed both Guy Bradley and Nature fakers controversy, two of my latest articles to become Featured, and perhaps two of my favorites overall. While I admit I didn't write them with any particular interest in ornithology, it was fascinating to learn more about the history of the field. Because of real-life responsibilities, I've been contributing less to Wikipedia as of late, but if you would like some input into your work on Wiki, I would be happy to lend a hand if time permits. There's also quite an active birds WikiProject dedicated to writing high-quality articles about various species, which you may find of use. :) Thanks again!
