Edit summaries, please.

Edit summary content is visible in:

• Recent changes
• Watchlists
• Revision differences
• IRC channels
• Related changes
• New pages list
• Article editing history

I undid your edit to Trần Duệ Tông for several reasons. You linked to Annam which is a wp:disambiguation page (DAB). Do not link to a DAB without good reason. Please only link once or twice to a page. See wp:linking, specifically WP:OVERLINKING. Also, please use edit summaries so one can understand your reasoning for your edits.
