Peer Review — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kamal.a (talkcontribs) 07:51, 22 March 2017 (UTC) Hello Schmids, This is in reference to peer review for your article. The article on “Cultural Economics” presents a general introduction that links cultural preferences to economic outcomes. The language used is clear and simple. Evidently, the article introduces the concept of cultural economics and highlights its key application areas. However, a detailed analysis and explanation of how cultural preferences translate into economic outcomes, remains missing. In order for the reader to grasp the concept of cultural influences on economic activity, a more elucidated explanation is required. Moreover, when the writer mentions analytical themes like “ social capital”, “social networks”, and processes such as “social learning”, he can augment his description through an elaboration of how these ideas contribute to the development of cultural economics.
