Hello. Let me know if you want to work on the article, please. MarB4 •ɯɒɹ• 11:29, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
Hello, the article is ready for my part, see as well the article for her husband, Hermann Levinson. There are no further changes to be made, at least from my part. I'll be away from my desk for a week from now on, best, Schewinefüße (talk) 09:35, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
The article Anna Levinson has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. MarB4 •ɯɒɹ• 23:24, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
Max Planck Institute for Ornithology moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Max Planck Institute for Ornithology, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hello, I'm Falcon Kirtaran. I noticed that in this edit to Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence, you removed all the content from the page. Please do not do this. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. As a rule, if you discover a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If a page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you wish to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hi, the institute is IN FOUNDATION, from a legal point of view this is important. The two (former) institutes (i.e. Ornithology and Neurobiology) still exist for one year and will merge in Jan 2023. From then on, only the new institute Biological Intelligence will exist.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Schewinefüße (talk • contribs) 11:32, 30 January 2022 (UTC)
Hi @Schewinefüße: I just wanted to let you know that I moved Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence, in foundation to Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence since that seems to be the most common name. BuySomeApples (talk) 01:56, 30 January 2022 (UTC)

- Hello, why are you concerned about such legal aspects ? – NJD-DE (talk) 11:48, 30 January 2022 (UTC)
The Max-Planck Society is paid by the german taxpayers, and has to follow the german laws. The legally aspects are always an issue. This is also pointed out in the press release of the MPS: "The legal foundation of the new institute is expected to take place one year later, on January 1st 2023". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Schewinefüße (talk • contribs) 13:30, 30 January 2022 (UTC)
- This is probably a case of being too soon then, unless there are references about this out there which can be used to source the information (which are not primary). Skarmory (talk • contribs) 06:12, 31 January 2022 (UTC)
The institutes website is now online: https://www.bi.mpg.de/en Could you please move it back? Cheers!

- Hi,
- are these reliable sources ok? I can put links to these pages. The institute is in foundation, therefore external links are still rare.

Hi, from Jan 1st 2023, the MPI for Biological Intelligence is a real and full institute, without the appendix "in Foundation".
