Slight Malfunction

I don't know if this is only happening to me but this userbox puts a relatively sizable space below itself, about half the height of a normal userbox. I looked through the code and found that the bold markup ( ''' ) used for "computer and video game development" wasn't closed off so I fixed it, thinking maybe that was the problem. It wasn't, so the space below the box is still there. It's not really a problem, more a matter of aesthetic flow, but it would still be nice to clear it up.
