You can block me from editing if you want to, but I need to be able to file a dispute regarding certain articles as I'm in a content dispute with this particular erring user. The current block doesn't allow me to file a dispute or edit talk pages of a wiki article. Since my edits were not disruptive and legitimate, you could at least allow me that.
