[edit]Hi SarmentFurtif! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Baltic Sea that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. - thank you @TylerBurden for this explanation. Up to now, and for the french version of wikipedia, I was convinced that a minor edit was something that do not change the central content of the article. for me, I was correcting a false information : no part of Ukraine is part of the drainage bassin of any river going to the Baltic Sea. My correction was reverted without explanation, but as it is a minor error, I dont want to argue against that. sincerely,

- No problem, I was not the one who reverted you, but you could explain the edit in an edit summary or on the talk page. TylerBurden (talk) 08:52, 10 August 2023 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Double matérialité
[edit]Hello, SarmentFurtif,
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Simon Peter Hughes, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged Double matérialité for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. You may find our guide for writing quality articles to be extremely informative. Also, you may want to consider working on future articles in draft space first, where they cannot be deleted for lacking content.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

- hello, @Simon Peter Hughes, thank you for this deletion. It was a mistake, I wanted to add «double materialité» in the french version of wikipedia, as redirection page to the «debate between simple and double materiality», but I was in the english one. I didn't know how to delete my error, so you did what should be done.
- SarmentFurtif (talk) 09:23, 1 November 2023 (UTC) Thanks.
- That explains a lot. I'm sure you're not the first person to make a mistake like that. Have a good day. Simon Peter Hughes (talk) 14:56, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
