Orphaned fair use image (Image:13 5.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:13 5.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. MECUtalk 20:56, 31 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi, with regard to your edit on the S.H.E page, I have added a response to your edit at the bottom of its Talk/Discussion page. Furthermore, the wretch.cc link to the S.H.E site is in fact their official blog. It will be easy to be skeptical of the pictures in their photo album because such pictures can be easily found on Google images; however, if you look closely at the album section, some of them will have just the three of them, but one of the members' arms will be unusually stretched out, as in the case of this picture, where Hebe, far left, has her arm unusually stretched out. This is because Hebe (of S.H.E) is the one holding the camera. (The man on the right is an employee of HIM International, as seen in this video where a television host attempts to go to the HIM office to wake up S.H.E as part of the show. I think that it would be VERY difficult for Internet users to take, let alone upload, pictures of an artist or band with one of the band members, and ask him or her to take a picture with an employee or other members of the band in a non-concert or non-promotional event setting. Furthermore, possibly as an HIM policy, fans are not permitted to take pictures of the band outside of promos or whatever, as can be seen by this unfortunate fan who was not permitted to take pictures in the parking lot, meaning that most of the photos on the wretch.cc album that are from non-promotional events are likely to be taken by HIM employees, which adds to the argument of the blog being official. Anyway, feel free to discuss this on my talk page. I don't want to revert the edit only to have you re-revert it, resulting in a needless edit war. -Pandacomics 20:55, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

Hrant Dink

Hello! I understand the concern the death of Hrant Dink has brought to you. That is why I am just leaving a reminder that fair use images should be used exclusively in the article namespace while, in other situations, I would have removed it. After a prudential time, please consider just linking to his article, as keeping the image in your user page may encourage others to do the same and, while it is a good tribute, it goes against one of our core policies. Thank you, and stay safe. -- ReyBrujo 18:11, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

The S.H.E Daybook is a verbatim translation of the official blog for those who can't read Chinese. Re: Adriana Lima's myspace

There is no real consensus about that. MySpace links are discouraged, but they are usually allowed if it is the only official page the subject has. However, this raises the point of how to verify it is truly an official MySpace site. Personally I do not like MySpace links, and if you ask at WP:EL they will tell you not to include it, so I think it is better to leave the link out to prevent stressing yourself for an insignificant matter (from what I see, the current article image has an invalid license and should be deleted). -- ReyBrujo 21:48, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Line

What do you have against the line? It divides what's part of the article from what isn't. Why remove it just because you don't personally see why it's there? --Mel Etitis (Talk) 18:32, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

The Manual of Style isn't maximal (that is, while what is says is what should usually be done, it's not the case that only what is says may be done). Many articles have the line, many don't. Personally, I think that it's better to have it, and fits well with practice in print publications; it can often (though by no means always — and it isn't in this case) be confusing not to have a line. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 18:41, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

Mistake

I wasn't vandilising and reverting I was simply reverting what some other idiot has done !!! Check out the history and you will see, I didn't know how to revert back to the good article, so I made a mistake the first time and reverted it to something older (also bad) and then to the good one. Ringwraith46

Me again :)

No look at the left side of that some guy changed the birth date to 1979 and I wanted to change it back so I looked for your name in history and when did you last revert and I found it. That was when some guy wrote that what is on the right side of that link you sent me and you reverted it. I tried to do the same thing but accidentally reverted to that guys bullshit instead of to your article and then when I realized what I've done I reverted to your article !!! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ringwraith46 (talkcontribs) 02:55, 17 March 2007 (UTC).

Again :)

I really didn't do anything about her hieght or anything like that honestly, some guy was vandilising and I tried to revert it and made a mistake. I tried to do a good thing really and think logically for a second why would I do something bad to the article of my favorite model in the world and in my opinion the most beautiful girl, that wouldn't make any sense. So believe me, I'm telling the truth. Thanks for the tip mistakes won't happen again, now I'm off to watch the Formula one Australian GP qualification ! Bye

OK

OK no problem, thanks for understanding, I enjoyed Formula One (this was the first qualificaion of the season) as I allways do, I don't know what March Madness really is, I clicked the link and got some info. I don't follow that NCAA as much, I enjoy watching soccer (and playing) and racing the most of all, but I love all sports and watch them as much as I can. Bye now from me, I'm going off to bed since it is nearly 6 AM here in Serbia (where I'm from) so good night :) ! Ringwraith46 04:51, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Question ?

I have a question to ask you. How do you write that comment in the history of the page that comes after the name and the brackets ? example: (cur) (last) 04:00, 17 March 2007 Saranghae honey (Talk | contribs) (Kaka is hot and all but the claim is unsourced; rv) Ringwraith46 16:01, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks !

Thanks you were very helpful ! I'm sorry I bugged you but I couldn't think of anyone else who might know :) I'm new here and I don't really know anyone, but I'm only 20 so there's time :) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ringwraith46 (talkcontribs) 01:05, 21 March 2007 (UTC).

Answer

I learned English for eight years in school and I think I also picked it up a lot through movies and music. How do you mean do Serbians speak English too? As a native language, no, our official language is Serbian but English is learned through school as a primary foreign language, in some students aslo learn German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian besides English depending on school choice and their own choice. These days much of the Serbian population, I don't know exactly how much but a lot, especially younger speaks a foreign language, mainly English. Where from US are you? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ringwraith46 (talkcontribs) 23:40, 21 March 2007 (UTC).

Many can speak good English but it is because they learn it in school. How about another question :) how do you add your comment below an older one without having to make a new headline and the rest. Forget about it, I seem to have got it :D Ringwraith46 00:18, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks it sure is helpful, it will be handy when someone vandalises an article, like this guy that writes bullshit about how Adriana Lima is dating some military man :D. I mean really what's the point of that, maybe the name of that general or whatever rank he wrote, I forgot, is the name of the guy who writes the stuff, who knows Ringwraith46 23:26, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

That guy probably escaped from a mental institution, what a freak :D. There are some really weird people in the world. That was funny, it sure made me laugh, now I'm off to bed. Look at this freak (but not a freak in the same way :D this one is in a positive way) and what he can do with his voice and how many great impressions he makes. Do you mean for the main page or for the various album pages? If for the main page, I don't know what you're talking about.... If you're talking about the album pages, I would simply suggest separating out the Korean and Japanese albums, because they are not related to each other at all. SKS2K6 03:24, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
