I think you overall you did a great job in your draft. One of the good things is that the cases are in chronological which helps make it easy to follow. Another thing that was good was bringing in the author's perspective as a contrast to why the book is being challenged. Something that I think could be improved was the neutrality at times it seemed like it was biased against banning the book. There was also a need to cite all sentences as some did go without being cited. I would also suggest that if possible expand on the cases giving it a more balanced view instead of only stating why it was a controversy.
