Do we have an example of a Wikiproject setting up a process to review their FAs? Maybe MED or MILTHIST? An example might help others to get one set up in their project.

Sorry I missed this, it looks great at FAC. My only quibble would be that the "Reducing the backlog of unreviewed older FAs" is—I'm assuming—a subsection of the "How can you help?", but the current formatting makes them look like independent ones.
