[edit]I noted the information you suggested be added to Chemtrail conspiracy theory. You wrote "Chemtrails are not a theory; they indeed do exist, and they are defined as an "Exotic Weapons System" in the House of Representatives Bill H.R.2977". There is no such bill. A bill with that number was proposed, but was never accepted by the committee and was never enacted. It was presented by Kucinich but he never read it which caused him later embarrassment. It was later revealed that a couple of UFO enthusiasts were the writers. Shit happens. Moriori (talk) 03:49, 17 August 2017 (UTC)
