Allan Perley was not a Rapist
[edit]The IP user was vandalizing the article. I read the book and it never mentioned that he was a rapist. Certainly, the IP user is trying to vandalize the page. BTW please leave your signature the next time you add a new section or something. --JC Talk to me My contributions 02:15, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Sandbox for warnings) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because your account clearly is not a sandbox/role account. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you. Jasper Deng (talk) 02:39, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
Do not abuse multiple accounts again
[edit]Please do not abuse multiple accounts again, as I had to block the last account you have created. If you do that again, then you will be blocked for sock puppetry. Regards, –MuZemike 08:01, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Sandbox for warnings (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
This block is ridiculous. If the admin blocked me because of my username, I will happily accept that and create another account with acceptable username. Now with sock puppetry, the admin said I used multiple accounts and simply blocked. What evidences did he/she cite? The admin didn't even mention who is the sockmaster. Where are the investigations? Whose block did I evade? If you blocked me because of my IP address has too many users, then you are totally wrong here. I am forced to use a proxy server in my country due to censorship issues. (See Internet in Burma) A lot of users should be using the same IP. As I have said, I will accept the username block. So if you want to block me, simply unblock first and block again citing username policy. This block is unjust.
Decline reason:
I admit as a reviewer I am also at a loss as to who the sockpuppeteer is supposed to be, but you know what? Looking at your request I see a lot of complaints about the process, but what I don't see is a claim that you actually aren't a sock. And given that your username was manifestly created in bad faith by someone familiar with Wikipedia already, I find that compelling enough to uphold the block, whether I know whose sock you are supposed to be or not. So, no unblock/reblock as you propose, consider a username violation added as an additional reason for the block. Be sure to address both issues in any future unblock requests. Beeblebrox (talk) 16:50, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Note that Tnxman307 is a checkuser. Per the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy, they may not release personally-identifying information except in extreme circumstances (and in practice, they need an extremely compelling reason to do so even then). While he did not block you, MuZemike is also a checkuser. —Jeremy v^_^v Components:V S M 15:57, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
- I have no idea about this block. My familiarity with Wikipedia is a problem? I have been a lurker for a while and my IP address has so many edits. I know Checkusers have the right to view IP addresses, but as I have said, I am forced to use a proxy server in my country. There is absolutely no doubt that many other users are using the same IP address. (And I am assuming that many unblock request from established editors will be filled) For sock charges, how I can claim against supposed sock-puppetry without knowing the sock-puppeteer? All the cases I have read, sock-puppeteers are disclosed. They are not like IP addresses and are simply accounts. There is no risk of "personally-identifying information". And you said my account is created in bad faith. Is there any diff to cite? All my edits, as you can see in my contributions, are edited in good faith. My IP is also blocked in so called autoblock for unknown sock charges to this account. I have no idea about this. Anyway, this is my last edit to wikipedia. Sandbox for warnings (talk) 02:29, 25 September 2011 (UTC) Just to clarify. Before creating this account, I have created an account named Barack Sadam Hussien Osama (I was looking for funny username). But I found this might be offensive and decided to create another account. There is no edit from Barack Sadam Hussien Osama account. So, this is not the case for sock-puppetry. For block evasion, I really have no idea. - In any case, your username here is unacceptable, so there's that too.Jasper Deng (talk) 02:33, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
- If my username is unacceptable, I should have a chance to create another account or rename this username. But actually, I do not have. My IP is blocked indefinitely because of this sock case. Anyway, thank you for reply. Sandbox for warnings (talk) 02:38, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
- Your IP address isn't blocked indefinitely, but I've asked the blocking admin to take a look into whether you are engaged in sockpuppetry or not.Jasper Deng (talk) 05:33, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
- No, I can't create account from school (where I created and edited this account). But, I can create from nearby internet cafe. I will be using a new account. Thank you for your help. Sandbox for warnings (talk) 15:36, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
