Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Sammiavizius, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Sanctioned article
[edit]Hi! I saw that you chose to edit an article that is currently held under sanctions. What this means to you as an editor is that this article will be more heavily watched and edited than some of the other articles on Wikipedia, as the topic is one that can be seen as more highly contentious than others. As such, it's important that you read the discussions on the article's talk page and open up a talk page discussion to suggest any major changes or edits prior to adding them live. The content we may want to add could be something that was already discussed and a consensus gained to not add it or to only mention it in a very specific, careful fashion. To this end, any content that is added should be written as neutrally as possible and the sourcing be as strong as can be.
Also, while this isn't automatically a medical topic per se I would recommend that you read over the training module on editing on medicine and health related topics. Definitely let me know on my talk page if you have any questions! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:31, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
Abortion-rights movement
[edit]Hi - I saw that you added content to this article but didn't specify a source for the claims. All material must have a source that backs up the claims, otherwise material will be removed.
Also, be careful about adding anecdotal quotes as most quotes aren't going to be major or notable enough to include in the article. In most cases the material is better summarized than using a quote. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:29, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
