[edit]This sole purpose of retaining talk page access during a block is to use it for appealing the block or to communicate with admins and editors regarding the block. Your cut and paste of Wikipedia content to this page without attribution constitutes a copyright violation and your edits to the content are unrelated to a block appeal.
