This not a case of arguing minutiae. The plant is clearly another Family, genus and species. Talinum has glabrous, shiny, succulent, alternate (occasionally opposite) foliage,(golden green in the case of Kingswood Gold). http://www.plantsystematics.org/imgs/kcn2/r/Talinaceae_Talinum_paniculatum_7288.html

This plant has hairy, grey-green opposite foliage indicating Lamiaceae heritage. I believe the link shows the most likely genus Nepeta. http://www.mobot.org/gardeninghelp/plantfinder/plant.asp?code=E330
