Hi. I wanted to contact you here on your talk page in order to separate it from any discussion in the Teso article. I'd like you to know that I'm very glad to have someone like you on Wikipedia, with a different background than most on here and knowledge about some more obscure topics. Diversity like that is great for the project. I genuinely hope that at the end of our discussion on that page you come away with a better understanding of what kind of references are expected on Wikipedia and that you go on to edit many more articles and have very few challenges from other editors. I know it's frustrating to have information that you're certain is true, but can't necessarily find an online source for. I hope you can understand why we can't just take your word that a museum says it. And even if I was going to call or visit that museum, other editors shouldn't take my word for it either. It just helps protect Wikipedia from vandals and other malicious editors to have everything verified in published sources. Again, I hope we come to an understanding and that you still feel encouraged to continue editing. I'll add this page to my watchlist, so you can ask any questions you want here. -- Fyrael (talk) 21:07, 17 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
