I've reverted your edits at HIV. BanLec is already mentioned in the current version of the article, and to the best of my knowledge, reliable medical research has not advanced this beyond the situation currently described in the article. Your text also had other issues, such as not being in the normal format for a WP article, not being fully referenced, and expressing particular point of view. If you still believe there are high quality reliable sources stating a position other than that in the article, please take it up at Talk:HIV. Regards, hamiltonstone (talk) 06:31, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony.JPG
Thank you for uploading File:FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Image Screening Bot (talk) 07:30, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

Re: Hello
Hey, if you want to report ongoing vandalism, report the username and/or IP to WP:AIV, so an admin can check and handle the situation appropriately. With some new technology, most vandalism is almost always reverted within 1 or 2 minutes. If you need to revert, hit the undo button next to the specific edit. Hope this helps!Mitch32(Growing up with Wikipedia: 1 edit at a time.) 17:31, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Javier moro
A tag has been placed on Javier moro requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ttonyb (talk) 06:07, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
Reviewer
You should make this request at WP:Requests for permissions/Reviewer. Since you have a relatively short edit history at Wikipedia, you should make it clear in your request that you have read and understood WP:REVIEWING and WP:VANDAL. Also, since you seem to be having trouble with images, you should review WP:UPIMAGE for the guidelines on uploading, using and attributing images (although this has no significant relationship to the reviewer permission). Acroterion (talk) 17:10, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
Thanks Acroterion! Finally I would like to ask you what barnstars are. How one gets them? I have no more questions. And if I become a reviewer, I need not upload images (this user has problem with images),isn't it? Regards,--Sainsf<^> (talk) 16:46, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
- Barnstars are tokens of appreciation given by other users to acknowledge good or helpful works. (Literally speaking, a real-life barnstar is a decoration applied to agricultural buildings in parts of North America). If you're helpful around the wiki, somebody will eventually express their appreciation by giving some form of award, of which a barnstar is but one kind. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on collecting or cherishing awards (or enhanced privileges), that's not the primary goal here, but it's nice when it happens.
- You're right, image uploads and the review privilege have little in common, but an understanding of what is allowed for image files and uploads is evidence of understanding wiki-policies in general, which is desired in any instance in which additional privileges are granted. Acroterion (talk) 17:03, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Help
{{helpme}} What are barnstars? Who gives them to whom? How can I get one? Thanks.--Sainsf<^> (talk) 15:24, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
- In Wikipedia, contributors reward each other with barnstars for hard work. Users may award you with one if in their opinion you have been a very diligent editor. To know more about barnstars see this.--Forty twoThanks for all the fish! 15:34, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

Barnstar
Hi, since you asked me how to create a barnstar, you just basically make one and upload it to Wikimedia Commons (no big deal, eh?) then you drop a note at WT:WPWPA where people will say, 'ooh, your barnstar's awesome' or 'that barnstar's rubbish! I can do much better than that!' That's what it's all about. :P BTW: it's summer in my area. You should be active on weekdays, if it's also summer in yours. {{helpme}} Hello, anyone who can help me becoming a recent changes patroller? Thanks.--Sainsf<^> (talk) 15:50, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
- Hi. You don't need any special permission to help with that; you just go to Special:recentchanges, and look at some. Remove any nasty stuff, fix errors, and so on.
- There is lots of info about it, in Wikipedia:Recent changes patrol. Cheers, Chzz ► 15:59, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Hello, how can I know who has edited the article? Thank you. And what are archives, and how can I use them?--Sainsf<^> (talk) 17:06, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
- You can view an article's page history by clicking the button "View history" at the top of the page. That will show a listing of every edit that has been made to the article, what user made each edit, and when.
- Archives are old discussions from talk pages. Some users choose to archive talk pages in order to move old discussions onto separate pages and keep the page from growing too large. There are several ways to archive a talk page. If you want to archive your talk page, please read Help:Archiving a talk page.
- Let me know if there are any more questions. Thanks! --Mysdaao talk 17:17, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Hello, 3 questions:
- I am still having problem with page history. Well, now I'm editing the article Mayra Verónica, and you may help me there.
- Can any user help me about decorating my user page? The WP:UPH couldn't satisfy me. I would also like to request a review of my user page.
- What is the Wikipedia Signpost and how can I edit it (the news stuffs and more)?
Thanks, --Sainsf<^> (talk) 15:48, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
- So far as I know, there is no actual Feedback mechanism within Wikipedia for reviewing 'User pages'. While many editors get very creative with their user pages :-), it might be useful for you to take a look at User pages, especially perhaps the section Ownership and editing. (Nice job on the layout & use of images though.)
- Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/About should probably be able to answer your general questions about 'Signpost', Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Newsroom goes into more detail including how to join the IRC channel for Signpost.
- I'm afraid I don't quite understand your question about Mayra Veronica page history. Are you referring to the Plagiarism/Vandalism/Edits that have been occurring?

Re: Query
It's primarily dependant on the facts; each one would go into its repective article. i.e. if you have a fact on Pablo Picasso it would go in that one. That being said, adding "weird facts" may be overly trivial in some cases, and as a result would not fit into the excyclopedia. Do you have any examples? Hello!
Are you from en.Wikinews? I edit there occasionally. It's pretty easy to get DYKs. All you have to do is create a new article and get it to a decent size, then go to T:TDYK and nominate it. It needs to have 1500 characters of prose to qualify- there's a handy tool you can use to measure that. :) HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 16:56, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. -FASTILY (TALK) 17:59, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

- Though I was once guilty of this myself, I advise that you please remove the faux 'new messages' banner; I mistook it for a real banner and clicked on it. Although only a brief distraction to me, it might be a serious annoyance to a user with a slower internet connection. The community thus tend to discourage them. Edit Summary Request
Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. -- 220.101 (talk) \Contribs 07:32, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

Altered speedy deletion rationale: H c slingsby
Hello Sainsf, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I deleted H c slingsby, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, under a different criterion from the one you provided. The speedy deletion criteria are extremely narrow and specific, and the process is more effective if the correct criterion is used. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Courcelles 14:30, 1 September 2010 (UTC)
New pages patrolling
Hi Sainsf! Thanks for your note on my talk page.
I found that the summaries at Wikipedia:Speedy#Criteria give a very good explanation about which speedy code to use. Don't worry if you make a mistake, I find the admins are very forgiving when you are trying to help the project. Don't try to decide whether someone is writing about themselves ... they are allowed to, although it's not a good idea. Just judge the article on the quality and notability of the content. I find that many people love to write their own biographical article. It's often quite easy to tell, as they try to make insignificant details seem important ("he is an accounts executive") or there are no references from reliable independent sources. Remember, you are not the only editor patrolling. If you are not sure whether an article is worthy or not, just pass it by and another editor will also be checking it. Hi! I've noticed some of your recent contributions on new plant articles and wanted to leave a few helpful hints. First, I see you're using HotCat to add categories to some pages. Be careful with that and choose categories judiciously. For example, you added Category:Angiosperms to the Camellia × williamsii. I placed this article in Category:Camellia, which is under the Angiosperms category tree. Category:Angiosperms is also a top-level category and isn't intended for species, only articles most important to Angiosperms, e.g. Basal angiosperms or ABC model of flower development. The same applies to Category:Botany, which I've seen you place on a different article. I hope the above is cogent. Also, I had to remove the references you had on this article; neither were reliable sources (one was just a website with no indication of the author's expertise and the other was trying to sell something; neither had citations or references to where they got their information). Google Books and Google Scholar are often good places to start looking for reliable sources. Cheers, Rkitko (talk) 12:13, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
- Hi. Thanks for your tips! Well, will you give me some more tips? You've only helped me about references and categories.
Well, I require to know a little about DYKs. Since I've many weird facts, I may contribute them to the encyclopedia. Thanks--Sainsf<^> (talk) 05:27, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
- I see User:Melburnian shared some links with you below. DYKs are fun to create; all you need to know is that the new article has to be a minimum size and they have to be well-sourced. You can also expand existing small articles with 5 times the text. You can read the specific guidelines at WP:WIADYK. If you have any specific questions, I'd be more than happy to help. Hi, Wikipedia:WikiProject Plants/Template will give you some guidance on the contents of a plant article. It is worth having a look through Category:FA-Class plant articles and Category:GA-Class plant articles to see how others have approached the task. - Start by translating all the mediawiki messages in Translatewiki first. Then, be active locally and get a temp adminship if needed in the future. For css and js help, work with Junaid and Shiju itself. They are already working on other Indic wikis. --Jyothis (talk) 16:45, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
- In the time being, I can help you with any sysop related activities. --Jyothis (talk) 16:46, 16 November 2010 (UTC)

Welcome
Hi Sainsf, welcome to the Fungi wikiproject! Thanks for joining, and feel free to leave a note at the talk page (or at my talk page), if you have any questions about fungi or lichens. I've cleaned up your contribution Miriquidica deusta a little bit so that it better conforms to other article on fungal species. Cheers, Sasata (talk) 16:56, 25 November 2010 (UTC)
- Picking an article to start with should be easy... there's about 100,000 known species of fungi :) Maybe start with what is growing in your backyard? Sasata (talk) 14:56, 26 November 2010 (UTC)

re: Oriya wikipedia
Hi, I can read it without problems. Your talkpage is messed up, please close the div tags or whatever you used, writing here is a pain. I am using Code2000 or Code2001, I don't remember, however it workds. Best regards, --birdy (:> )=| 06:05, 6 December 2010 (UTC)

Oriya Wikipedia
Hi, we are wondering if there is any chance you could come help us on the Oriya Wikipedia. It is currently very undeveloped and would be well-served by anybody else who knows Oriya, even the creation of several small articles is appreciated.149.169.59.104 (talk) 18:20, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
