Hi Sailshire,

As far as the notes on the page go, the one at the top is related to our policy on biographies of living people. In short, such biographies should be well-referenced with inline citations and reliable sources (also see WP:BLPSOURCES for information specifically related to biographies of living people). I put it there initially because the references present seemed to be mainly connected with the subject (such as a resume or a biography on the website of an employer) and perhaps not neutral in their coverage of her. However, I see you recently added a few other sources, so it should be safe to remove that tag.

The tag in Publications section had to do mainly with the chronological order of publications (which you fixed). There are other guidelines for that section at MOS:WORKS, though the section looks good for now. If you feel inclined, you can add ISBNs and DOIs for publications to aid readers in finding those works online, but that's by no means necessary.

If you want more help with the ins and outs of editing Wikipedia, feel free to ask at the Teahouse, a place specifically for new editors, or place {{Help me}} on your talk page followed by a question and someone will be along to help out. I've created a wiki page recently ( Jean Schensul ) and would like to include an image, probably this one: http://www.sfaa.net/malinowski/schensul.html

I'm not sure if this violates copywrite or fair use, so any pointers would be helpful. Based on what I've read, this would not be an acceptable source to use, but at the same time this shouldn't cause any issues, right? I don't know.

To get you started, check out Wikipedia's Copyright FAQ. You'll find the answers to your questions there. In my limited experience, I've found that Wikipedia has become very serious in recent times about copyright violations, so it's good that you ask about it before uploading an image. The owner of the image is the copyright holder, and that could be the photographer or the subject. You would need the owner's permission before you upload an image.
