- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Sign your messages with four tildes (~~~~), be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Conflict of interest
[edit]- See also User talk:BhargavKrishna97.
Hello, SaffronHeart. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:Venus Remedies, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. – Athaenara ✉ 19:04, 4 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, @Athaenara
- I am writing this message to disclose my Conflict Of Interest but I am not sure if this is the right place to do it?
- Since you have deleted a page that has been clearly revised to comply with encyclopedia rules and regulations of a article, I cannot add the COI template to the article as I cannot edit the same now.
- Please let me know of how we can resolve this. SaffronHeart (talk) 07:24, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Athaenara
- When you delete at least please keep the page history and article log to be accessed. SaffronHeart (talk) 07:55, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- @SaffronHeart: You can add Template:UserboxCOI Draft:VenusRemedies to this page. The page log can be seen here. – Athaenara ✉ 08:16, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Athaenara,
- I cannot access the source code of Draft:VenusRemedies. Please restore it so I can copy the same and add Template:UserboxCOI SaffronHeart (talk) 08:24, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- You don't need that. – Athaenara ✉ 08:32, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Athaenara
- I have updated my User page. Please review and take necessary action. SaffronHeart (talk) 09:12, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Athaenara
- You have removed my disclosure message. How am I supposed to explain it? SaffronHeart (talk) 09:48, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- You added more spam to it; I removed that. The portion that remains is what is mandated to be there. – Athaenara ✉ 09:57, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- Okay,
- Please let me know how we can proceed with the article now. SaffronHeart (talk) 09:59, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- We? Are you not the only person using this account? – Athaenara ✉ 10:00, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
- We as in you and me,
- You are the admin who deleted my submission and I would like to know what we you and me do to resolve the issue here.
- If it is not clear by now, please know that English is not my first language. SaffronHeart (talk) 10:07, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
