Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. -FASTILY (TALK) 18:39, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
Honorifics in article headings
Hi Sachinvenga! Welcome to Wikipedia and thanks a lot for your contribution to the articles regarding Western Maharashtra. We really have very few users hailing from that region who can contribute quality information to those articles.
However, I would like to let you know that I have moved back the article Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil to the article name Bhaurao Patil. As a policy, we do not mention honorific titles in the article titles. For example, we don't use the names Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Phule, Rajarshi Shahu, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Maharshi Vitthal Ramji Shinde, etc. I know we have a lot of respect for these legends. We ourselves have given these honorific titles to them as a token of our love. But Wikipedia is in encyclopedia and we should keep our emotions apart when contributing to it. It also makes the article to look more neutral and so creates more chance for regarding it as reliable source for other neutral users.
I expect you to have a brilliant future on Wikipedia. Please feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions or need any help.

Duplicate tags
Hi Sachinvenga, just thought I'd let you know that when tagging articles its best to avoid duplicates especially when they are contradictory. For example you tagged Acharya Dhramendra with refimprove, refimproveBLP and unreferencedBLP along with several other tags. Refimprove and refimproveBLP are alternate versions depending on whether or not a poorly referenced article is a biography of a living person, and unreferenced is for unreferenced as opposed to poorly or partially referenced articles. So no more than one of those three tags could be correct for any one article. ϢereSpielChequers 17:14, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for Enlightening !!--Shlok 17:26, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- You're welcome! Incidentally I see you are in India, do you edit in any of the Indian languages? I'm running a little project that would like to get more of the Indian language wikis to feed data into and extract reports from. ϢereSpielChequers 17:39, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
Definitely, I can handle in at list one Indian language Marathi, kindly explains me the project.--Shlok 18:46, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks, the idea is to use a program to check for the different languages of wikipedia to identify people who are dead in one language version but not in another. So at meta:Death_anomalies_table we have a list of categories of dead people from about seventy language versions of wikipedia. If Marathi is MR then we don't yet have its equivalent of category:Deaths_by_year on the table, if we can add it then if the Marathi wikipedia is updated with someone's death then any other language that has an article on that person could get them on an anomaly list. Also anyone on the Marathi project could then request a report of people who are alive according to the Marathi wikipedia but dead according to one of the other pedias. So far we've used this to fix at least four hundred anomalies on the English Wikipedia. ϢereSpielChequers 20:17, 4 September 2010 (UTC)

AFD closed
Just wanted to let you know I went ahead and closed the AfD. The other editor who voted to delete still may decide to take it to deletion review, but I doubt it. You should be all set to start a DYK nomination. Thanks for your work on improving the article! Kafziel Complaint Department 01:13, 1 October 2010 (UTC)
- I noticed you were unsure how to nominate the article for a spot at "Did You Know". I was going to do it for you, but I found that the image in the article is not properly sourced. When you uploaded it, you claimed it as your own work (which is extremely unlikely, since it was taken at least 80 years ago) and you also released it into the public domain under "life of the author + 70 years" which can't be verified without knowing who actually took the photo and when they died. Unless we can correct that it probably won't be selected for DYK. If you can tell me where you found the photo, I can try to help you fix it. Kafziel Complaint Department 04:45, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

- Okay, I'm going to have it deleted from Wikimedia Commons and will re-upload here with the correct Fair Use copyright tag. Kafziel Complaint Department 12:28, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
- Fixed the image and nominated for DYK. You can see the nomination here. Kafziel Complaint Department 16:46, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Hi Sachin, Thanks for a nice article on Sir Wanless. We knew nothing about him and his work. I have started a one-liner stub in Marathi about him, please check it once and see if the name is correctly transcribed in Marathi (I'm not sure of Marathi pronunciation of his name). Hunter Corbett, the PC(USA), and the PCUSA.
Hunter Corbett was the moderator of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, which is one of the predecessors of the current Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). In 1956, the PCUSA and the UPNA merged to form the UPCUSA, which, in 1983, merged with the PCUS to form the PC(USA). Someone else had created the moderator list for the PC(USA), and I used that as a template to create the list for some of the predecessor denominations. I hadn't gotten to the PCUSA yet, but I intend to. You might consider creating it. The list of moderators can be found in the General Assembly minutes, which are cited for the list articles that I created.
I corrected the Hunter Corbett article. I have not removed your contribution to the moderator list, because I would rather move it to the correct list which does not yet exist. Thanks for contributing to the articles on Presbyterian History. Sterrettc (talk) 18:59, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

Hi Sachinvenga - I'm sorry, but that's not how it works. Per WP:PROD, if a prod tag is removed from an article by any user for any reason it cannot be restored. Even if there is no discussion or you think it is bad faith, it cannot be restored. Prod is for completely uncontroversial deletions. Hello Sachinvenga you asked me what kind of information are not specific in the article of the Jaitapur NPP. I also think, many of the sentences read like a not neutral promotion. The deleted sentences contain only information about the general design of the EPR, so the datas can not use for this article, because all four units of the EPR-Type where under construction in China, Finnland and France has a lot of modifications, i.a. differents in power output, nominal thermal rector power, safety systems modifications. The Flamanville-3 reactor plant has the original control system, Olkiluoto-3 has a modified version. The Taishan reactors use a homemade product of China. So these mainly not specific informations, i.a. the section about safety, competitiveness and flexibility are better placed in the article of the European Pressurized Reactor, the information about the other plants (in section Opponents) are better places in the article about the two plants. But thats important informations, and should not to be delete. The next problem is your see also lists, but not only in the article about the Jaitapur plant. Please add wikilinks into the sections, so you have made some same links where you added into the see also list, i.a. Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Plant. These double placed links are not required. Some topic close wikilinks or external links are enough, but you don't need placed a wikilink in oder to all articles, who have not directly to do with the article or the content. Thats the most problems I found in your Edits in this case of the Jaitapur NPP. Please note these little things, and a resultat of objective discussion is the best way to prevent a edit war. Please note this. Best Regards ChNPP (talk) 12:50, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue. In particular the three-revert rule states that making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording and content that gains consensus among editors. If unsuccessful, then do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You'd have to ask Dabomb87 about your rollback permission, and what about the article? You made seven reverts on the same page in less than 24 hours. You should think yourself lucky, I would have blocked you for twice as long, but it's only a short block. Online Ambassador interest
Hi! Thanks for signing the Online Ambassador interest list. We're gearing up for the next term right now, and the Wikipedia Ambassador Program will be supporting considerably more courses, with considerably more student activity... possibly upwards of 500 students who will need mentors.
If you're still interested, I encourage you to take a look at the Online Ambassador guidelines; the "mentorship process" describes roughly what will be expected of mentors in the coming term. If that's something you want to do, please apply!
You can find instructions for applying at WP:ONLINE. The main things we're looking for in Online Ambassadors are friendliness, regular activity (since mentorship is a commitment that spans several months), and the ability to give detailed, substantive feedback on articles (both short new articles, and longer, more mature ones). If you have any questions, please let me know.
I hope to hear from you soon.--Sage Ross - Online Facilitator, Wikimedia Foundation (talk) 22:24, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
