Hey Nomadicghumakkad thanks for looking over the article I submitted. I'm a little confused as to how it doesn't meet the notability standards given that I found like a dozen sources and he was redlinked on the company's page. Page numbers for refs
[edit]In this edit to Mike Rowe, you removed several instances like this: {{rp|16}}. That is a method of specifying a page number when the reference is a book; the editor can call the book ref (in this case, "Wheeler2015"), and then use the {{rp}} template to indicate the page in the book that was used to support that sentence.
