Mehreen Raheel

I have restored the content you created after it was deleted; the new page is User:Saberliger1/Mehreen Raheel. The links you provided do contain information relevant to the article and inclusion of information from those news articles and placement of the links as references should lead to the creation of a viable article. What I've done with the article is called userfication. What I would suggest is that you work on the article, consulting the Help information about how to create a viable article, then use the 'Move' function to move it from User:Saberliger1/Mehreen Raheel → Mehreen Raheel. Please don't cut-and-paste the content into a new article of that title.
