Re: SRM University
[edit]Hi Subhrajit, the edits which I reverted in the article SRM University do not comply with Wikipedia's standards. I'm sorry if this offends you but your level of English might not be that great. The text you added might be good, but it is clear that the quality of English isn't really great. But that's fine, if you ever want to edit something and want me to review the wording, you can simply contact me on my talk page. Sorry but some of the sentences had very heavy grammatical errors so I had to remove them. If you need anything, please feel free to contact me. I am always here for you! - Hi Subhrajit, I see you have edited the article again. As you are quite new to Wikipedia, you probably don't know some of the in's and out's of it. Let me teach you a bit so you can go on to make great edits. Whenever you are linking a to Wikipedia page, you do not need to add the
<nowiki>
tag. code><nowiki> is only used when you are making a link to a page that is not from Wikipedia. Another thing you should know is how to add references. References need to be added to all facts which are made so readers can verify the content and go on to further explore the topic. Just because you are from the university or have a high level of knowledge about it doesn't mean that you don't need to cite it. You still need to in order for it to be a credible claim. You should read this page to learn how to reference properly. My greatest concern is that the English which you add is full of grammatical mistakes. Also, Wikipedia is only for notable information. Some of the information which you added would not be important enough to be on Wikipedia such asthe college has Java as a main University Canteen
. Make sure the information is notable and should go on Wikipedia. I have undone your revisions for now because they are currently unfit to be on Wikipedia but encourage you to try again. NikolaiHo☎️ 04:31, 22 October 2016 (UTC)
