[edit]Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Zolitūde shopping centre roof collapse, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Wasell(T) 16:13, 16 April 2016 (UTC)
There is nothing unconstructive about my change. It just represents a point of view that the Latvijan government is very determined to censor and suppress and its agents on that article will not allow the truth toi be discussed. I will not edit the article any more because wikipedia seems determined to allow itself to be a propaganda tool in favor of the extreme right Baltic governments. Shame on you.

Request reason:
I cannot ask for the original account to be unblocked as I have forgot the password to that. I have never used more than one account here. I was blocked initilly for edits to the Zolitude article. I have promised that I will not edit that article any more. Your section on blocks which someone sent me the link to says that blocks are preventitive not punitive. I have promised that all edits I make will be backed up withy sources. I have already done that but it seems that is not enough and I am being punished for an earlier edit which I have said I will not make again. SSSRVsegda2017 (talk) 15:00, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You apparently knew the password 4 days ago, as that's when you requested an unblock on User_talk:SSSRVsegda. Instead, you created a this account to continue editing inappropriately. Request declined. Yamla (talk) 15:09, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
Please make any further unblock requests from your original account.. SQLQuery me! 15:13, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
