Just wanted to stop by and say thank you for your contributions at Faisalabad. Your style of writing, the content you added, and sources you cited are indeed an improvement, and exactly what that article needed. I look forward to seeing more of your work on Wikipedia, and will welcome the opportunity to work collaboratively with you in the future. Atsme📞📧 04:02, 9 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have so enjoyed collaborating with you on Faisalabad, SRandaall. Would you consider copyediting Lahore in much the same way? It's on my watchlist, but now that you have helped so much with Faisalabad, we could probably squeeze in a little copyedit time on Lahore. I suggest we start by addressing the issues brought to light in the templates at the top of the page, and also any inline templates that may be scattered throughout the article. Atsme📞📧 00:40, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Atsme Sure. Thank you for your help and assistance with Faisalabad. Looks much healthier now.--SRandaall (talk) 21:41, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, indeed. 😊 I will go through it all again for copyediting purposes - the ref list needs quite a bit of work to achieve consistency and reduce redundancy of refs by using page numbers instead of individual citations for the same refs. When that's done, we can see if the vandalism slows and what direction to take for nominating it as a FA. Next on the menu - Lahore. Atsme📞📧 21:55, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Brilliant! There isnt much left to add to be honest. I am trying to source some pictures. The current ones are quite outdated. --SRandaall (talk) 22:04, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

GA/N

[edit]

You should nominate Faisalabad for WP:GA promotion. I think we've bagged it. Atsme📞📧 20:36, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OK :) I have added the link to the top of the talk page. I am a little confused by what I have to do. Can you take a look.--SRandaall (talk) 12:59, 24 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi SRandall, I looked at the article again to see how things are progressing, and saw that the citations need to be fixed. I'm currently working on a FAC and a GAN, so I don't have time to get into the references at Faisalabad. If you could go down the list one by one, and make sure there is (1) consistency, (2) all are live links, (3) and make sure each citation has the correct form it would be a big help. If not, it will hold up the GAR because that's one of the first things the reviewer will insist upon before promoting the article. Thanks!! Atsme📞📧 13:25, 29 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
