Welcome
[edit]Hello, SEIBasaurus, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! -Willmcw 04:19, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
- PS: You may want to see Wikipedia:Picture tutorial and Wikipedia:Image use policy. Let me know on my talk page (user talk:Willmcw) if you have any questions. -Willmcw 04:19, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
Don't sign edits to articles
[edit]Don, please go back and clean up your signatures that you've left sprinkled in various articles, such as Elastic limit. I cleaned up transistor already. Dicklyon 16:49, 20 July 2006 (UTC)

Your contributions
[edit]You would be very welcome to be a member of the Fisheries and Fishing project. There is another member of the project, Mike Cline (talk), who edits fly fishing articles, particularly around the USA. Apart from fly fishing articles, many recreational fishing articles are a mess, or haven't even been written yet. With your background, you could be a great asset. If you want any help or ideas on where you might start, please don't hesitate to leave a note on my talk page. Beginning editors sometimes become hesitant when they see how many guidelines there are. Most guidelines are just common sense, and you learn about them as you go. Don't read lots of them before you begin. The only really important guideline you need to get started is this one. --Geronimo20 (talk) 22:58, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
Leydig's Organ
[edit]Hi there! I just responded to your query on Talk:Leydig's organ and noticed you were signing your messages incorrectly so thought I'd help you out. When you use the ~~~~ to sign a talk page, type it in right after your message, then your name and the date will appear right after your added text (you do not need to do this for contributions on content pages). Currently you are doing this after your edit summary, so your name doesn't show up where it should. Hopefully this is helpful! And thanks for helping with the Leydig stub -- I guess that article doesn't get a lot of traffic!!! ~ Ciar ~ (Talk) 16:27, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
