I, Ryulong, made this account to prevent impersonation vandalism. I deliberately used a capital I instead of a lower case l, as that appears to be the most common form of vandal impersonation by using the "I / l" substitution. I have not taken into account use of special characters, such as Cyrillic versions of the vowels, or other forms of impersonation. Ryulong 08:26, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
