[edit]Thank you for your contribution to this article and your passion to improve it. As you seem to be a newcomer to Wikipedia, may I encourage you to look around at a few other articles and see how they are usually best improved with incremental changes rather than wholesale re-writes. Not to discourage you from being bold in your ambition to improve the article - but working with the community and other editors is always a good way to go. Perhaps start by explaining on the article's talk page what improvements you think should be made and see if anyone shares your view and/or will help you on this. Collaborating can be fun - and often yields the best results. Good luck! Davidpatrick (talk) 05:02, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
You are missing the point somewhat! It is not about appealing for someone to "come to your defense". No one is attacking you. Wikipedia is a collaborative venture belonging to all. We try to improve articles rather than re-writing them wholesale. This article has been growing for over 3 years. If you can work within it to improve it - that would be ideal. If you think it needs to be completely overhauled - please set out your reasons for wanting to do so on the Talk Page and seek input. And work as part of a team to improve it.
