- Since you did not reply at WP:REFUND where you requested the restoration of your submitted draft about a week ago, I've blocked your account. Because your only contribution to Wikipedia was in fact a draft, this is a "soft" block - you are free to create a new personal account (see WP:ISU) and request undeletion again. Accounts are not tied to articles in any way. And the restoration of the article is not a problem, the problem was your username.
