Antonio Carlos Rosset Filho was born on December, 31st of 1967. He is the President of the Brazilian Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since October 2001.[[1]]

In October 2004, Mr. Rosset received the President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin and an important delegation of the main russian companies - Gazprom, Gas, Severstal and the main banks.

Mr. Rosset promoted the meat, sugar and other agriculture products in Russia.
