Munster was born in Montana where his vet suggested he be put down because he was born and later diagnosed with Spina Bifida. A group thought differently and reached out to find little Munster a home. They came across the Facebook profile of Mozzarella and Glenda. They asked if she could help find little Munster a forever home. A few days later the idea came up about adopting Munster into her own family; so she reached out to the Bully Nation & asked for assistance in getting Munster to Maryland. Glenda started a "Chip In" to raise the money for his flight, health certificate & accessories needed to get him there & in 3 days SHE DID IT. On Oct 28th 2011 at 4:37pm, 8 wk old Little Munster arrived in style at Reagan National Airport to begin his new life with Mozzarella and Glenda. Munster may have a disability & require diapers for the rest of his life but just because someone is a little different doesn't mean you throw them away. We now refer to Munster's diapers as his 'Fancy Pants' and fancy pants they are because we always try to go with something that has a little pizzazz", states Glenda.

Thanks to this inspiring story, Munster's Mission was founded in 2013 by Glenda C. Mosner who later created a personal Facebook page for Munster who in his own words keeps a smile on your face with the details of his every day life. Not only is Munster genuinely humorous and encouraging when it comes to sharing status updates and photos detailing his own life, he is also passionate and loyal when it comes to sharing the lives of other animals from around the world. To date, Munster has a fan base of over 230,000 and those numbers continue to grow at a rapid pace. Because of Munster's Facebook page people are more educated about Spina Bifida and how animals can live a happy and healthy life too if just given the chance quotes Glenda Mosner. Munster has been the inspiration behind hundreds of English Bulldogs with the same condition being adopted into loving homes around the world.
