Editing

[edit]
Try to learn a little more about editing before you add unreferenced material to an article. Modernist (talk) 18:52, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles as you did to Guernica (painting) you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Modernist (talk) 18:01, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Look, It sounds like complete nonsense. If you cannot research it, (I'm not interested)...and back it up with bonafide references that attest to its accuracy and veracity then forget about it....Modernist (talk) 18:41, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry to inform you again but - IT IS TOTAL NONSENSE. The Rubens might have been a precedent for Picasso's painting, artists are influenced and are inspired and informed by other artists and by other works of art, ALL THE TIME. Look at this article - The Third of May 1808 and the painting by Manet that was inspired by it - Execution of the Emperor Maximilian, If you insist on placing that information in that article again you will be blocked. Hi, let's ease up everyone. Rubensrevenge - you're new, so you're allowed leeway here, but maybe post some material on the article talk page first, so it can be discussed and consensus reached as to what's suitable. Also you can post on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Visual arts to get more arts editors involved, if you want. Ty 20:31, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
