Images in table
It's generally a wrong practice to span rows/cols and insert a huge image into that section. As per HTML standards ([1]) and Wikipedia:When_to_use_tables. It should be avoided and if it exist somewhere else it does not mean that its correct, it should be rather fixed. Iapain wiki (talk) 09:54, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
- It is just a policy, NOT a rule. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 10:33, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
- Yes its not the rule but for sake of accessibility its better to follow some common styling practices. You seems to be a CSS/HTML geek I am sure you understand my point. Iapain wiki (talk) 11:17, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
- I am NOT a CSS HTML geek. I gave up that and programming a long time ago.. *-Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:03, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Pls dont add something just for the sake of adding it, have u even read what has been taken off115.252.44.42 (talk) 09:32, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
- I never added anything. I'm NOT a mindless editor like YOU. If you're referring to Harmandir Sahib, YOU were adding potentially dangerous stuff, which I merely reverted.. __--Rsrikanth05 (talk) 09:57, 5 December 2009 (UTC)`

I use WP:AWB for the repetitive stuff. In this case I just replaced the line with nothing. That was the easy part, the hard part was scanning the category for articles with "<ref>" in them. But that was easy too, just slow because it is a big category. Rich Farmbrough, 12:18, 6 December 2009 (UTC).
- Go to the WP:AWB page, everything is documented there, including where to get the software and how to get approval to use it. Rich Farmbrough, 12:26, 6 December 2009 (UTC).
If you want specific advice, do ask. That particular run I just used the "skip if doesn't contain" field to skip all the items without references, search and replace to remove the cat, being careful to take the new-line too, and ran it first with the "pre-parse" mode (took several days) to reduce the list to the items I wanted to change. I just sent you an email, but in case it does not get through to you, I thought I should write to you here, as well. I am hoping you can help me with the Friedrich Kellner article, to translate it into Hindi. I have a condensed version of the article that I can send to you (about 1500 words). Thank you, Scott Rskellner (talk) 02:54, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
