Welcome!
[edit]Thank you for all your help in still new to Wikipedia and I'm still in the learning process and have yet to read all of the help pages but I have read most and it will still take some time to remember and practice using them. Just be sure anything I publish on here will not be made up and will have reference sources. Rrknightjr (talk) 22:36, 7 April 2017 (UTC) Hello, Rrknightjr, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as WAWAWAI, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.
There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

{{help me}} Can you tell me exactly why it wasn't accepted? It has merit and it's in history books.
- Hello, Rrknightjr, and welcome to editing Wikipedia. Two points in response to your request for help.
- You are lucky that I came along and saw your request for help. You were supposed to add {{help me}}, not {{tl|help me}}. If you had done it as a intended, it would have added a templated message to this page and, more importantly, it would also have added this page to a list of pages where there are requests for help, so that one of the editors who check that list would have come along to see what your request was. The "tl" in the message above from Blorper234 is just there to prevent the {{help me}} in that message from adding the page to the list of help requests. You were supposed to copy the text as you see it when you read this page, not as you see it when you edit the page. Since the way you did it didn't put the page on the list of requests, if I hadn't come here it is possible that nobody would ever have seen your message.
- Blorper234 tagged the article you created for speedy deletion because for some reason he or she thought that Wawawai was something you had made up. I have no idea why he or she thought that, as a couple of seconds on Google were enough for me to find information showing that Wawawai really existed, and nobody should tag an article for deletion as "made up" without even doing such simple checking as that. I have declined the speedy deletion nomination. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 21:44, 7 April 2017 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of WAWAWAI
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on WAWAWAI requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Blorper234 (talk) 21:18, 7 April 2017 (UTC)
