Hoax
[edit]Do not add any more hoax material to the encyclopedia. Hipocrite - «Talk» 16:29, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- Including the claims that were referenced to "The Bad News Amocos?" You may wish to read "The Bad News Amocos" at [1]. You will find it does not discuss Bill Foran the College QB, but rather Bill Foran the 2nd grade little league baseball player, and later Bill Foran the club Basketball coach. Somehow, your article used it as a reference for his football records. Do not insert hoax material in the encyclopedia. Hipocrite - «Talk» 17:02, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- Not a hoax, but a utlity player who is completely unnotable. It is more notable that he got into Princton than he plays football. I don't think we'll be adding bios of all the Princeton sophmores anytime soon. He has three pass attempts in nine games (he's a quarter back?). He has played every attacking position on the field which suggests he is a utility player. Please wait until he is a notable before recreating his page or adding him as an alumni on the Highland Park High School (University Park, Texas) article. David D. (Talk) 17:07, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- David D., I'm confused by your post. What is this "Princton" you speak of that has these "unnotable" "utlity" players playing "quarter back" and "attacking positions"Rpritchie 15:44, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- That is the role that Bill Foran plays on the team, why are you confused? David D. (Talk) 15:48, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- Well, maybe it's just me, but I find no record of this "Princton" you speak of, nor do I see either "unnotable" or "utlity" in my dictionary or find any reference to "quarter back"s or "attacking positions" in my Joe Theismann Football for Dummies book. Can you clear this up? Rpritchie 15:57, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- That may bee so, butt pedantry is knot an argument for incluesion of Foran in wikipedia. David D. (Talk) 16:23, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

- The article itself had what might be called "outlandish" claims about Foran's abilities and accomplishments. Hipocrite - «Talk» 17:09, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- I was trying to be polite :) I can only assume that Rpritchie is his mum or grandma. David D. (Talk) 17:22, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
