Family tree
[edit]Thanks for your family tree schedule. Do you mind that I took it and put it on two dutch wiki-pages on recessive and dominant hereditary diseases?? (See: nl:Dominant (genetica) and nl: Recessief (genetica) PS. I definitely need some chocolate too. Petra 21:42, 22 March 2007
Of course I don't mind. I'm glad that you could use it. Rozzychan 16:11, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Isdc2007 cowboy flyer 800.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Isdc2007 cowboy flyer 800.png. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

NowCommons: File:Etc2.svg
[edit]File:Etc2.svg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Etc2.svg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:Etc2.svg]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 15:39, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Notification of automated file description generation
[edit]Your upload of File:Algaeconjugate.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.
This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks! Possibly unfree File:Etc.png
[edit]A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Etc.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you object to the listing for any reason. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 15:37, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Rozzychan. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Rozzychan~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

Rozzychan (talk) 03:53, 14 August 2021 (UTC) Wondering why when creating a page, wikipedia claims that only users more than 4 days old have the right to upload copyrighted images. Did wikipedia forget that I have been a member for over a decade?
The file File:Pedigreechart1.svg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unused, redundant to File:PedigreechartA.png.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 23:55, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
