Hello , I am Dave Bourque. My Dad, Leo, was with VMF-113 for some time including their time in Ie Shima. He was there when a Jap bomber dropped a bomb before dawn one day killing 11 or more Marines as they slept in their tents. Two in his tent, (which he shared with four others) were killed.
