Linlithgowshire
[edit]As of late, local council documentation and letters for planning proposals/permissions has been listing the postal code for the former royal burgh as “Linlithgowshire”. I thought it may help to update the page to make note of that such change. Royalisttheory (talk) 16:00, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
- Hello, Royalisttheory. If you are updating the article, it would be helpful if you could cite sources supporting your edits. Best regards. MBlaze Lightning 08:52, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
For changes to grammar and already previously confirmed information, citations are not needed.

Adding reference to Wikipedia articles
[edit]Hello Royalisttheory! Please do not forget to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Adding well-formatted references is easy.
- While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite". Click on it.
- Then click on "templates".
- Choose the most appropriate template and then fill all relevant details.
This will add a well-formatted reference, which will allow other people to see where you got your information from. You can read more about this at Help:Edit toolbar, or watch this video: File:RefTools.ogv. Thanks and regards. —MBlaze Lightning 08:54, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
