Great additions to the Person Centred Planning Page Rowmn
Thank you. I've been working on a couple of other pages too. You should be able to see by checking what I've contributed to. Rowmn 15:01, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
Northern Cheyenne Exodus
[edit]The source for the information you question here is in the two books cited at the end of the paragraph. Its factual accuracy is not controversial, although it is very unpleasant information. User:Fred Bauder Talk 02:51, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
Greyfriars Bobby: The Real Story at Last
[edit]Hi I didn't want to clutter up the THIRD with a separate conversation, so thought to ask you about it here. You said this book challenges the traditional story. I looked up the book on Amazon and it seems to actually be in support of the traditional story (or some variant). It looks like a 64 page fairy-tale sort of book for children. I have limited information about this book - I'm relying on the following from Amazon (it says a quote from the inside flap): "This new edition of Forbes Macgregor's bestselling book contains previously unpublished information which explodes many of the myths concerning the famous Skye terrier and his master, John Gray." I've not read any of these books (traditional or otherwise)... but it is very clear that its common to claim that the latest book gives the newly revealed true story and explodes the old myths.
