I don't understand this. I am a new user trying to contribute usefully to Wikipedia...Besides I think editing in wiki is an entertaining thing, I love it. Wikipedia is made by editors like us. I read about sock puppetry but I have no idea about this. I do not have any other account. This is not fair. You must know what I feel like, being blocked indefinitely just when I created an account.....I am bursting into tears, this is so disheartening. I am a woman, I have shun my own priorities to come on Wiki just because of my passion to editing. I'm so weak. Please don't turn down my sincere request. I promise upon God, this is the first account I created.

Only, I've been watching this as I am the one that created this account when it came through the Account Creation interface. I thoroughly checked for IP and range blocks and did not see any on this request, so if it is possible, could we get a CU to confirm this is the same range? You can ask a checkuser to take a look at the IPs if you like; at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/AniceMathew/Archive, it seems like it was just closed based on WP:DUCK and not based on any technical evidence. The two accounts definitely appear to be operated by the same user (just compare User:AniceMathew to RoshniBaby's userpage for example), but I don't know anything about the technical end of it.
